It is a pity that there is no mechanized solution. In Russia, rice cultivation is well mechanized from soil preparation and planting to crop care for crops with aviation and harvesting. But straw is burned in the same way and this creates big problems with smoke in cities and villages. At the same time, manual labor is very expensive and mechanization of the straw disposal process is required.
Make it as a mulching material, because if u use it as mulching bed then only 30 percent of water will be required to water the paddy thru sprinklers or rain pipes, or DRIP irrigation
Thank you for positing this video. Helpful in learning. But one minor query, why use plastic net when the net can be made out of dry rice straws? just curious
To make compost you just need to pile organic matter. Nature will decompose it anyway. Without all this input of man power and "bought" stuff. It might take a little bit longer, but will be composted anyway. For zero (0) cost, except the work of pilling it up. ;-) Cheers
Just spread the compost over the soil. Although it can be tilled into the soil there´s really no need for it. In fact it´s more prejudicial than beneficial to till the soil. Direct application on the soil, around the stalk of the plants&trees can also be done. Localized application tend to use less compost, than spreading it over a larger field. ;-) Cheers
@@crpth1 sir can i spray it on paddy fields which has been just harvested, when can i expect it to get(field straw)de-composed because next we will plant BPT paddy.
By using the time and labour on making this a simple farmer can produce large foods. Not recomended for simple farmers. Only rich persons will be benifitted
That was good agricultural technology
