Nice find! In great shape besides some minor cosmetic things. Lucky that you got the red caps for the tone generator, heard they keep their tolerances better. Got your work cut out for ya but its a whole lotta fun

Looks like a pretty good find! Looks similar too my Hammond L-102 , the internals are different it looks like on your M-102.

Mylar caps = nice and stable, even after 50+ years 😊
Might have the dreaded gooey foam under the manuals.
Remove the ghastly key click filter and it will snarl and bite like a mini-beast!
Lower manual Bass Foldback is easy to do on the terminal strip beneath the manual.
Move the entire wiring harness up one octave, then Foldback the bottom 12 tones to the lowest 12 terminals.
Put rubber heat shrink tubing on the 12 exposed wires at the top of the harness so they don’t short out on the chassis.
Pull out the first three draw bars and your lower manual will go all the way down to F1

Crackerbox Palace Studios it will have sadly. Post ‘64 it’s a guarantee. It’s on the list of jobs, can’t believe it slipped my mind to say!

Maybe you know this already, if i remember it was a small tube. Large black ones are for amplifier, they look okay only with the sensitive brush for cleaning the tube and organ All over with cap on the tonewheel for dust. Tonewheel no over oil. If it's running good it might still have more than enough and put to side when oiled. Only tonewheel hammond oil i remember. I did not use the oil cabs. Sold it in 2008. Once i had an Hammond L to and that organ was fine only the tonewheel was making very much noise like a lot of noise and was of tune then turn on and let it yel and oil with a small brush very fast then it was okay. And sold in 2003.

Did you ever do a final "how it sounds" demo after all the work?
I've checked you videos, and can't see one...

Hi Paul, covid has gotten in the way there I’m afraid. That and some work needed to my recording C3 (which is always higher priority). When it’s ready I’ll do a video I promise :-)
