This is for sure of of the dopest bands from the 80s. Dude had such a unique ans powerful voice. They had the rock and the ballads on lock. And hey the lyrics are still valid AF even today .
My favorite Foreigner song of all. Saw these guys with Billy Squier at the Rosemont Horizon (Chicago) in November of 1981. All these decades later, it's still one of the best rock concerts I've ever seen.
@@vicklagina I knew Lou Gramm was a great singer, but I discovered that he was seriously built too. I recall he was wearing a leather vest, and to quote Bart Simpson, you could have grated cheese on his abs!

Lou Gramm is a monster! What a delicious voice he has. It is interesting to think that some are born with a gift like that. I wish that I had been born with a voice like Lou's. His voice has that perfect blend of: raspy, velvety, the perfect timbre/range- he can hit the low no and high notes with great ease, he also has the perfect amount of vibrato - phenomenal singer!

One of Foreigner's best songs, I always thought Foreigner really kicked ass on their early albums, too bad Head Games had to be the last album to feature Ian McDonald and Al Greenwood.
Head Games did very well considering that the album and singles were banned from stations and record stores for being too racy at the time and other midconceptions.. otherwise probably would have been top 5 song
I agree. It's not complicated. It's not real flashy but it's not long enough! Just outstanding singing and a perfect melody to catch the rock and roll exasperation about relationships lol the song I always correlate Foreigner with - the best.

Too bad Lou and Mick split up so bitterly. But We should count ourselves lucky to have witnessed one of the greatest voices in rock music.

Lou Gramm, one of the more underrated voices in Rock and Roll. Such a great face too, I love the intensity in his eyes.

Lou is the best
Lou was never underrated. Foreigners debut album was an out of the box success because of Gramms singing ability.
They were never underated! Foreigner was one of the 1980s supergroups. Wildly popular and Lou was considered one of the best voices in rock back then! He will always be on my top five list.
He definitely had one of those distinct voices. The singer they've hired to replace him nearly sounds just like him.
Lou's vocals and that driving bass line make this song. Lou is arguably one of rock's greatest vocalists.
Very close to the feels like the first time bass line.
Don't forget the keyboard riff
Up there with Steve Perry and Ann Wilson
Hell yeah! I love this band my favorite of this era !!
Lou puts everything he has into the songs! The Best!!!❤
Isn't Foreigner without Lou! ❤
The lead singer died but the new leader is really good and comes close to original leader.
@feliciacagle1155 Lou never died. He did have a cancerous brain tumor but he survived. He's still alive.

Day light, alright, I don't know, I don't know if it's real
Been a long night, and something ain't right
You won't show, you won't show how you feel
No time ever seems right, to talk about the reasons why you and I fight
It's high time to draw the line, put an end to this game, before it's too late
Head games, it's you and me, baby
Head games, and I can't take it anymore
Head games, I don't want to play the head games
A daydream, for hours it seems, I keep thinking of you, yeah thinking of you
These daydreams, what do they mean
They keep haunting me, are they warning me
Daylight turns into night
We try and find the answer, but it's nowhere in sight
It's always the same, and you know who's to blame
You know what I'm saying, still we keep on playing
Head games, that's all I get from you
Head games, and I can't take it anymore
Head games, don't want to play the head games
So near, so far away, we pass each other by 'cause we don't know what to say
It's so clear, I'm sorry to say
But if you want to win, you gotta learn how to play
Head games, always you and me, baby
Head games, till I can't take it anymore
Head games, instead of making love
Head games, oh
Head games, always you and me, baby
Head games, till I can't take it anymore, no more
Head games, instead of making love, we play
Head games
Head games, in the first degree
Head games, yeah, always you and me
Head games, why do you do it, baby
Head games, you put me trough it baby
