I agree B.F., and always have. I got to see them in '82 (the following year of release) at the Inglewood Forum as part of the '4' tour. Fantastic! There's an aspect to that sax solo that reminds me of something that would have been a hit in the sexy, fun Roaring '20s; not the total nightmare '20s we're in now. '4' was really Foreigner's last album for many, many fans. Lou Gramm was very unhappy about Mick Jones' decision to go the 'cry baby' ballad route of Journey with the next album featuring "I Want to Know What Love Is". Millions felt betrayed, still do. Regardless, this was a peak album with 'Juke Box Hero' 2nd runner-up to Urgent. That will never change. We'll always have those 4 albums.

He listened to the song, went to his studio, and gave them a tape with a few solos on it, and told them "I think you'll find something on there you'll like". I've always been curious as to if there were several to choose ftom, or just this one. Jr. Walker is one of my favorites ftom the 60s, along with his band. " Jr. Walker & The Allstars"

Those were the years when a nuclear war could have started any day. In my country, millions of people took to the streets to demonstrate for peace. A lot of things during that time were really "urgent". Nevertheless, it was the best time of my life. I love the fat synth sounds of those days. It's nice to hear that this music still reaches you.. I feel so sorry for your generation that all this crap with the cold war is starting all over again. I wish our generation had done a better job and truly secured peace for all generations. Make the best of your life, my friend. The age of AI and robotics will be amazing. Years later, 89/90, I had control of the playlist being chosen for the jukebox at work (a restaurant in San Diego) and kept this song on there infinitely. It was one of the picks for us while getting ready for work...along with lots of coffee and cigarettes back then LOL The best thing about this song, is the whole song actually sounds 'urgent' too.
