老架在臺灣還保存著。還有書，畫圖等。傳回陳家溝。為往聖繼絕學。公勉之。
不管现在陈老师还能不能再打，就这年龄了努力传拳就值得支持！

“一二三”是什么时候开始的，不敢确定，但是，在公元三世纪的“孙子算经”就已经有了这种用法：“一从十横，百立千僵，千十相望，万百相当。”
大家要明白，古代太極拳是否可以實戰不談，但現在國内的所有太極拳都已轉變成健身養生的運動，已失去搏擊實戰功能。如果實戰就練習散打，散打是把拳擊脚法和泰拳混合訓練，注重體能，力量，和抗打的訓練。
低階的外家拳，當然就是用你說的這種練法！
我研究太極拳譜十多年了，
太極拳譜裡面108招中，
充滿了殘酷的戰法，踢睪丸、幹咽喉、砍脖子、踹膝蓋、直接打飛丟出去，
...........
你說 太極拳 可不可以實戰！

事實上，太極的標準戰法就是：一招就弄死你。
不過，還有低階的戰法。用過，用到低階的戰法就LOW了。
主持人不明白.....陳立志 這種行為古代很常見，
簡單的說，就是"踢館"了！
現實生活中的踢館，很多就是這樣踢的。
