@@houco Last time i was there was 2006 or 2007. I went with my family, but i am hoping to take my wife soon-ish. (Shhh dont tell her.) I loved the 99 Steps, Coki Beach and Duffy's Love Shack. But i think i fell in love with the atmosphere of Mainstreet the last time i was there. Now that im older i wanna go back and try some local food places!
@@btgBurgerToGo We stopped by Duffy's on our way to St John, so fun! On main street we tried Taphus Beer garden. And the local foods were so good! Btw your secret is safe with us! 😀 Stay tuned for part 2 and St John videos coming soon!
I grew up there ages 11 to 20 years old from the beginning of 1981 to 1990. This is a great video, I am saving it to my favorites. One thing though, my dad's ashes were scattered at Morningstar, it will always be Morningstar to the locals. They tried to rename Limetree, it took a couple decades, but they changed it back to Limetree because that is what the locals call it.
Thanks so much for the compliment. Really glad you enjoyed our video! St Thomas is certainly a place where special memories are made. What was your favorite part about living there?
My 13 foot Boston Whaler with a 55hp Evinrude/Johnson and water skiing. My favorite thing to do on the island when I was living there was drinking, but I don't do that any more. The islands have a serious alcohol and drug problem.
You randomly popped up on my feed lol, I guess Google knows that I'm going to be back in the USVI in a few weeks! This time I'm taking my boys, and I know they're going to love it!

Thanks! St Thomas was amazing! What were some of your favorite spots?
