I really like this momus. Got 3 attack buffing hammers with aphro attack and would just do omega attack omega cast and whack them in the face. Chronos died without me realizing
Cool way of using Poseidon Cast - I got a run that used Poseidon cast + Aspect of Thanatos, and threw in glowing coal. It dealt crazy damage, and after getting Hermes to lessen cost of cast I was able to spam it so much I basically turned the extremely melee aspect into a gun.
Here is an idea for an axe special run for you. You will want to run Aspect of Charon for this (largest aoe) You can spam the omega by doing the following: - Use an omega special, but keep holding the button - Dash with the button held down and see the result. You wont be parrying with this, but you will just be roving artillery
I think Gyser Ring is the cast that benefits the most from Momus right now because its the only one that targets the immediate burst of an omega cast. The problem is that there's no hammer for casts, and the hammers are what make crazy, juicy omega combos like the special here
34:57 4 omega attacks or 6 omega specials from a magick standpoint, and -1 to those from a "omegas that actually take use of the damage boost" standpoint. Now its cool that there's a staff that doesn't need magic regen but imo a clear way to buff circe, if they actually want to keep it at 5 seconds, is to crank up the boost even more and maybe give a boost to base special or attack power coz at 5 seconds even with aphro attack cranked up to the limit it doesn't feel great unless you just run golden rule or the hammer that gives attacks more power.
Momus is pretty cracked. I had a run where i had Zeus special and Hestia on Primary. The duo boon that proc's burn on blitz with Hestia legendary was so cracked.
The summon hex is very good if ypu ask me, it can be used as a bomb that does 900dmg if specced that way. Also it can raise the dmg you do when its on CD by 25% maybe more not sure. So its realy handy
I've been trying to make Geyser ring work, pretty sure you need the Shadow form hex for this. It has an upgrade that makes your casts work like Omega casts, which is pretty hilarious.
Torrential Downpour + Momus + Poseidon cast and good luck on magic cost reduction and you are getting a cast that deals up to 5-6k damage in chronos fight. However it's pretty hard to collect, I did it twice, but first time got Torrential Downpour very late (I believe literally in shop just before Chronos) and second time I lost the run cause I didn't got merely enough magic to cast it xd
I had a similar effect happen where I opened the offerings page during a boon offering, and then when I closed the offerings page, the boon went away completely.

Yeh it really calls for experimenting this one :D... just had a run.. total random gods where out to mess me over with boons but worked great in the end :D Aprodite cast to group enemies, blitz on special with dual moonshot, kept proccing blitz on all the enemies and than I got Zeus sprint boon on heroic and also his duo with aphrodite so i could sprint into bosses and dmg them with both blitz (still incoming from the special ghost casts) and the zeus sprint for big burst windows while I wait for my cast to refresh
I do feel like Circe does need some sort of adjustment. Honestly I think just boost it to 10sec would be more than enough. Or if you wanted to keep it at 5 sec. You either need the buff to apply to the regulars in addition to the omegas. Or just crank up the damage.
Do you think circe could be better if instead of a timed power-up it acted as a big boost to a single omega, requiring less hits to be available (e.g 3 or 5)? It could be fun to quickly alternate between building it up and using a very strong omega
I don't think the armor thing is a bug...? Unless I just got the same one. Once you remove the keepsake you just go down to the maximum original armor count from the dress - in this case 30. I just assumed that was intended unless it was meant to be something different?

the same thing with silken sash happened to me! got to tartarus with 200 armor and switched and fell to 40. had the 100% cast dress. now i hate silken sash i really hope they change that
yes, please spread the word that the summon hex is nerfed. that way i can enjoy my elite mourner destroying cerberus with 2000 damage every 2 seconds in peace and not worry about SG finding out

selene starts i always unalive myself immediately. selene is the worst addition to the game imo. i never use anything she offers unless its the heal. they clearly overthought the entirety of her abilities with the spec tree they give her if you get more moons. has anybody actually had their runs succeed or fail because of selene? the answer is no. nobody cares about selene. so long as shes not in the first room.

Moonshot does track, it's just weak by default. The old hammer made it proper seeking, that was removed in patch 2

You gotta do Local Climate (Demeter) with Momus.
It follows you for all 3 bursts and is cast damage % to boot.

I don't think it will. Anvil ring only affects the regular cast and not the omega cast

Finally got my first Eris kill with the new Momus the other day. It's so good
Go for an aspect of pan run, buff the crap out of your special and mana regen, and just spam your cast an Ωspecial, makes her really trivial

a couple things: you can have damage going from all the omegas simultaneously and the repeat hits from the aspect don't cost additional magick
