Still think you should stick to the double handed backhand

Very impressive! It’s great to see all this improvement so fast. Keep it up

Your strokes look WAY better here than they do in match play. Next sunday set, see what happens if you hit through the ball like you do in practice instead of shortening everything up.

Looking good!!! I bought one for a student I’m helping because of elbow spacing and poor finishes, definitely helps, just have to rinse and repeat (reps)!

Definitely showing improvement. Looking forward to seeing if that translates well on the Sunday set. Nice job.
Also, looked like you got a lot better control with your demo racquet.

I would definitely stay with the two handed backhand. It has so much more advantages compared to the one handed. For example return and hitting balls over the shoulder…

Good improvement! Do you think it helped your backhand as much as your forehand?

You have a strange hitch in your FH take back brother, your using your wrist too much.
When your taking the racquet back your holding it to horizontally, to get get the lag you have to almost flip it upright (your fighting gravity, not what you want to be doing).
Take the racquet back at a 45 degree but Vertically (if your imaging without a racquet think palm facing forward rather than pointing down)

looking much much better, make sure you follow through all the way every time though

I don't think it helps. With the ball machine it's easy to hit with the distance but it's very hard in the rally or in a match. It's a muscle memory and it takes years and years to get used to it.

I just can't imagine how this thing helps. You should be able to fix your rotation without it. But maybe some people need the feedback it provides, so it depends on the price.

Did you continue to use the Prostrap after making this video? Do you still use it?

Yeah pretty consistently use it with the ball machine

@@Winners-Only sorry, one more question...after all this time do you feel like it's helped you improve? I'm struggling with my spacing at the moment and thinking about giving it a try

    • @speedymr
      @speedymr 5 месяцев назад

@@LanceWilliams4 The strap will be loose anyways if you have a muscle memory hitting close to your body. JUst think about spacing every time you hit.

Really pulling off the backhand. You might want to stay a bit more closed through contact.
