    Dear Friends, thank you for watching and joining us Qigong Meditation Practice.
    This is the Mindful Exercise/ Practicing Blood Cleanse Qigong Day 03
    ( full with explanation: warm ups, Blood Cleanse Qigong, Massage movements and relaxing)
    We filmed this video through Zoom on Oct 24, 2020 during Online Mindfulness Retreat at Deer Park Monastery, California (Oct 21-25, 2020 ).
    Practice This Qigong will help you to Cleanse Blood in the body, generate a smooth circulation flows inside the body, calm mind and body, eliminate the chronic illness and prevent a lot of disease.
    You can apply this Qigong Daily Routine in the Morning or in the Afternoon during Exercise time. Practice this Set of Qigong by Barefoot and Repeat each Movement 21 times.

    Thank you so much Br Insight! I am in remission from stage 3 Ovarian cancer and I have had constant body pain since my chemo treatment. As the medics don't believe the pain is associated with my chemo treatment, or anything really, I have had to find a solution to this constant pain. I spent some time in China studying the language and remembered all the fantastic qigong, tai chi etc that went on there, so looked online hoping to find something that could help me. The day after I tried your video, my pain started to go. I now do your routine EVERY MORNING, and the results are phenomenal!! I am mostly pain free, and if I miss out one day, it starts to return...I cannot thank you enough for putting your videos out and helping people like me for free. After cancer, people usually don't have any money left to pay for anything due to the fact they have been out of work etc. so thank you for making them freely available. This is so wonderful. I tell everyone about your videos because I have benefitted so much from them - thank you.

    I have been practising this routine for a while now and it always makes me feel refreshed and at peace. I am so thankful that I found your videos, they have helped me get through the so many lockdowns we have had in Melbourne, Australia.

      Can I ask, what practice would you recommend to strengthen the knees? One of my knees is quite weak by comparison and cannot bend as much. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Wonderful, and quite enlightening....thankyou . I only intended to do 20mins, but ended up doing the whole 50min...lol. But it didnt feel too long(even tho i have chronic health conditions, and was feeling quite drained before)....i feel energised and alive.

    thank you for your light and kindness. I enjoy every video. I have a question for movement 3 in video. When bending down forward with straight legs - is that ok to do even with injured back/disk problems?, some are moving out according to doctor. that is why I ask before doing - or is it ok to bend knees doing it?

      if your health's condition not allowed you to do so, please do not try too hard. you can just bend your head and hand half way, for example. Even if you can't , please skip that movement , then do the next one is okay to do in that way.

    Thank you for this! I have had some body aches and pains show up recently and this practice has sent most of them away after just a week of doing this daily. I appreciate it. I have some questions on qi gong I can do for some unresolved health stuff. Is there a way to be in touch with either these monks or the monastery for further guidance?

    Thank you so much for showing and attending me in my daily praxis of Qigong (I really love it and do it more than once a day). There remains one question: For a better and easier following you I do all your exercises mirrored (means: if you begin with your left hand I do so with my right hand). Is that okay or a no-go? (I am a woman, 73) And a little additional question: If I would like to go to bed by a calm and harmonious way, what (video) would you recommend before going to bed?

      Dear Friend, yes, of course you can do practice like that. it's fine to do like you look at the mirror. But which side you start( means you begin to breathe in from that side and breathe out with the other side.
