As far as I know, both are not functioning in this model. HND in Casio GA2100 indicates that the hands are not pointing the right time, during hand shift, or adjustment. LT in other models are usually stands for autolight.

Actually, the sub dial hand on my SK2091 is also not precise: if the needle points exactly on Sunday, it will point slightly past its designated point on Thursday and so on. Maybe the programming for the angle is not in line with the day index.
During the hands alignment, it should be set to SUN as in the video, and not the current day. If it's already set to SUN but the result in the timekeeping mode is on the outside, I'd suggest to take the watch to the distributor or service.

Not that I know of. The Skmei model doesn't have the hand shift feature

But my sub hand is no near the current day rather it points away from the current day i tried to reset it many many times@@SamsWatchReview
