I'm afraid it's already dead. Barely breaking 1000 ppl peak hours.. But I think alot of new players will start playing again when timeless isle loot is available.
I do the profession shuffle for gold. Druid gatherer>JC and Alch. You can't go wrong with the 2 crafting professions that drive everyone crazy: LW and Scribe. You can sell big time in AH with those if you don't mind being driven crazy with Inscription, or the hassle of leveling LW.
