Your swatch videos are my absolute favorite!
Here is a wee story about knitted nettle... My friend wanted to send me a pen she wasn't using and she filled it with knitted nettle for me. When I got it, there was no shimmer. She didn't shake it up before she filled it. So I have a huge pen full of just the plain ink. Ha ha. Maybe I could add my own shimmer? Your video is helping me figure out what color shimmer to use! Thank you!
I actually really like the base color of this ink, and the sheen is also lovely if you use it in a wet pen. I have added some ultra-fine mica to some of my inks before with good success, although I only use them in my Platinum Preppys just in case it clogs them up as I am not 100% sure as to what micron size the mica should be so that it is safe for FPens. You could also try the Wearingeul Glitter Potions, I have heard a lot of people like those too! Thanks for watching and for the kind words :) 💜
@@jannahlyon I have the wearingeul shimmer potions and they are awesome! I especially like them with Octopus Fluids Write and draw inks. Have you ever tried them? They are very fun
@@FountainPenNews oh yay! No, I have never tried them, I keep meaning to pick one up, but I can never decide on the color I want the most :)
