Meru ji, aapka koi opinion hai Europe main farmer's protest ke baremain?
Poland mai protests mostly bahar ke produce country mai lane pe ho rahe hai especially Ukraine se which are impacting local farmers here. Yaha ke farmers yaha ki produce ko priority dene ko keh rahe hai so mere hisab se to theek hi hai. Baki europe ke dusri countries ka pata nahi.

1) Do more then one muscle.
2) dont do more then 8 sets for one single muscle.
3) try to do every exercise till failure
You will see better gains. And you will spend less time in gym
4) also try to do 150 minutes of cardio a week
Heart is the most important muscle. Also aap bhot saara Bahar ka khate ho❤
