Delicious Mutton Tawa Kaleji Fry Recipe: A Must-Try for Meat Lovers!

    🔪 Ingredients:
    Fresh mutton liver (kaleji) - 1/2 kg
    Vinegar - 2-3 table spoon
    Tomatoes - 2 medium size
    Cooking Oil - 2-3 table spoon
    Green chilies - 2-3 chilies
    Ginger-garlic paste - 2 table spoon
    Crushed Coriander seeds - 3 table spoon slightly roasted
    Cumin Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    White Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    Dry Ginger Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    Red Chili Powder - 1 - tea spoon
    Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    Salt - 1 tea spoon
    Water - some
    Kasuri Methi - some crushed
    Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
    Fresh coriander for garnish
    🥘 Steps:
    Preparation: Cut Kaleji (Liver) into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl with water and a splash of vinegar and soak it for 5-10 minutes and after that rinse it thoroughly with fresh water to remove any impurities.
    Cooking:
    -Heat some oil on a tawa (griddle). then add the kaleji. Cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
    -Now cover & cook for 8-10 minutes n low to medium heat.
    -Now add Ginger garlic paste in to it, mix well and fry all.
    -Now add grated tomato, green chili and salt, then cover and cook it for 2 -3 minutes.
    -Mix it well and then add Crushed coriander seeds, cumin powder, white pepper powder, dry ginger powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder.
    -MIx all well and fry for while.
    -Now add some water and Salt and mix it well and cook for a while.
    -Now add crushed kasuri methi and garam masala powder, freshly chopped dhaniya patti (chopped coriander) and mix all well.
    Finishing Touches: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and chopped green chili.
