I'm playing blacksmith but I really want to play mechanic in the future. Do you think it's sustainable or is it worth playing alchemy until the Mechanic arrives? And is Mechanic useful?

How does Biochemist vs Mastersmith compare for MVP? PVP? Like what tier would they be?
Mastersmith still PVE/MVP gods. Biochemist is more on PVP
Dancer and Bard are good in PVE farming only eg Monster Research/ Monster Annihilation. Their value for HEALING is good but gets nerfed. They used to be able to heal everyone on the map, but gets switched to only being able to heal the people in your part. In ROO the performer class WILL NOT be able to wear shields. Generally, they also lack DPS. Even if well built, they require an insane amount of PDMG and IGNORE PDEF, and still wouldn’t be able to beat a lower ranked Sniper/Paladin on this patch. Resurrection skill for bard and dancer can’t be placed on AUTO. They are very squishy in PVP but if built tanky, may have value for the current patch in terms of general support and Loki’s Veil. Alchemist is a good job choice; going into Biochemist will be worth it because of ACID DEMO and will be part of the MVP hunting META until Mechanic or Doram comes out. HOMUNCULUS will not be as useful.

@@BigAngryCactus in terms of PVE DPS, definitely. Biochemist as a DPS in PVE relies on cores; you’d do well with I think Linked Portal, Core Overload; and Holy Light Shield. Tho for PVP, the Biochemist plays more of a support role as a Sub Healer and as someone who can destroy gear. Paladin will remain in the PVP meta until Sage/Professor comes out.
