Polar physbones are good for Necklaces where you want less side to side motion compared to up and down motion. Also stuff like cow bells that have a rectangular inside and you want to limit the clapper rod to inside the volume of the bell. Sometimes with skirts too if you want a tiny bit of side to side movement but mostly up and down.

I imported some physbones into the booty but it’s clipping through the imported clothing! Does anyone know how to fix this?
you may need to weight paint the clothes onto that bone in blender!
