One of my favourite book series! I hope you enjoy Joe's writing as much as I do. When you see the whole picture by book 3 it stands out as an all time classic for me. Keep up the reviews dude
I'm not sure if you like or dislike audiobooks( I'm 50/50 because I drive a lot and can listen ), but all the First Law books have some of the best narration in audiobooks. Its one of the few cases where I could say the narrator actually enhances the experience. You can check it out on youtube just under Joe Abercrombie read by Steven Pacey to see what you think. He embodies all the characters unbelievably well. Especially Glokta haha
You are not the first person to mention that the audiobooks are worth checking out. I do listen to audiobooks, but I tend to reserve them for books I'm not ecstatic about but still want to read. So, I had my mind set on reading the physical copies of the First Law. I may have to check out the audiobook though since it keeps getting mentioned!
The Blade Itself is definitely a bit of wonky start for some, but the series quickly became my all-time favorite fantasy. Your channel inspired me to finally take on Malazan this year. Keepnit up homie!
That's great! I've been jumping around between a bunch of different series at the moment but I'll be getting to book 2 in the series soon. Enjoy Malazan, it's a long journey but entirely worth it.

Solid review! Those 2 spoiler scenes really stuck with me too, powerful stuff. I think you’ll love the next book, eager to hear your thoughts 🤘🏽
Thanks for watching! I've got a couple more books on my TBR but I should be getting to the next book soon. Will be continuing this review series.
