Breech baby at 38 weeks is a risk factor and needs to be part of the conclusion and bilateral undescended testes is an abnormality and that needs to be written at the testes column but this time,you wouldn’t tick but write at abnormality column which is the third lane,also when u say bilateral undescended testes as per the new guidelines doesn’t make sense,because per the new guidelines,we have bilateral impalpable testes and bilateral palpable testes but not located in the scrotumn,and each of these abnormalities have their own pathway or referral
