Hi Violet, i noticed you were only able to assess 1 nursing problem during the video. At the moment I do not know how I could squeeze in asssessing 2 nursing problem in 15min
Very easy, consider risks for fall, obviously a pt malnourished will be at risk for fall, consider Anxiety, although most times you are given what to plan for,but read through your assessment very well,you will definitely find what to plan for.Sucess
If the scenario is.. in the carehome ..bmi score is 2 and weight loss score is 2.. and the scenario mentions patient is acutely ill. But doesnt mention nutritional intake.. i asked the assesor if does the pt have any nutritional intake for more than 5 days.. but she told me everything is written.(written acutely ill) so wat wud be the score? 2 or 0?

Is a care home my dear,not the patient house,Must,and PHQ9 comes in care homes.But if is implementation and they say you should go to the patient address,then you must remember to ask of address . Thanks

will the back of the MUST sheet have the guidelines on what to do with the score we get? When you told the patient that her MUST score is 2, you read the plan from the sheet in your hands.
