YES! This guy's production defined my middle school days of listening to music!! Tons of hits!
In my opinion JR is in the class of like a modern day Quincy or a Dr Dre. Extremely gifted musician/producer and one of the best of all time.
Dave and Herb are doing the Lord's work. THANK YOU GUYS!
Jr. Rotem has made some damn good beats for people
12:25 Just keep replaying this into eternity until its ingrained in your mind and you'll always make amazing tracks
I heard Terrance Martin say that too about Dre. That’s true I need to remember this and spend more time on the right sound selection.
I was just thinking that this guy should be here. I remember coming up as a producer and studying his production. Great show!
really inspiring talk and guest - please next: SCOTT STORCH
And for batters box ask him how fat he likes his lines
saddest story... imagine all the music he probably would have made without :(
lol
Storch actually knows NOTHING technical about production. I heard somebody ask him about frequencies in an interview and he said some ridiculous numbers.
@@mitchio83I remember that, it was the lowest E note for bass and he was like 40hz something but he was close if I remember correctly. I don’t know all the frequencies of the piano, I guess I should lean them. I know A 440 tho lol.
I've been wondering what happened this guy since rap went pop back in 06/07. Good guest and glad to see he's still around.
SHUJINCELL he was still making smashes up until a few years ago
Ace episode, thanks guys.Positive vibes.
This really helps as a producer/writer/singer
When I mention my top 10 producers i always somehow miss this guy. He is a cross between Dr Dre. and Jermaine Dupri far as hits goes in my opinion.
took a week to get thru this video it was worth it
as always
Sweeeeeet! Thanks guys
Jr can talk his ass off. But he has a lot of good stuff to say. Lol
DAVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE PENSADDDDOOOOOOOO BOOM BOOM BOOM lmfao listened to this song 2 milllion times LOL,

Nice interview, JR Rotem and Max Martin my radio hit idols.
Best one in recent memory
Pensado's Place Dr. Dre #342?
+1
cant wait till dave makes some beats
I would love to hear what it would sound like to have a Tesseract or a Monuments record an album with this gentleman.
This has to be the most interesting comment here
Love the show. Been watching since episode 1. But must say, I'm not a fan of the choppy editing during the ITL. I get that Dave sometimes can pause or say "uhmm" a lot but that's part of the show.
oh shit that auto wah wah wah wah wah
oh shit he cut up the wah to make it perfect
Breakbeats!!! Good answer
chongor be twerking LOL
Way too underrated
