Les Meserables I had the opposite reaction-that this is actually HUGE for a property in a full-service bldg in this price range in the middle of a major metropolitan city like Tokyo. In Manhattan (New York), where I live, a property of this size and class-a duplex, no less-would go for a minimum of double what they are asking for...and maybe more like triple. Heck, there just aren’t too many apts over 150 sq meters/1,600 sqft in New York to begin with.
