I was on my mission in Japan during this season. Huge BYU basketball fan. My dad didn't tell me much about what was going on because he knew it would be distracting. But based on the first half of the 2009-2010 season, I knew the next year would be good for Jimmer. When I was almost done I trained a new missionary who had gone to BYU. He wasn't interested in sports but I asked him if he knew who Jimmer Fredette was, and he was like, "UGH. I'm so sick of hearing that name!" So I was like, "AWESOME. 😁"
