I have exactly the same g shock as you. I set all the adjustments as you did, however the arrows did not moved and doesn't set on the desired position.

I had that problem when I set mine… I went through the whole process again didn’t change anything but just cycled it and it corrected the second time! Hope that helps

Everything worked great. Except the hour and minute hands are incorrect. They indicate 12 o'clock.

This happens when the battery of the watch is low get your battery checked... I faced the same issue I got it fixed by changing the battery... Also make sure you get it done by verified casio service centers at this model has two batteries
