@Graeme Sharp: You are right that one only appreciates your country when you are out there. I love my Zimbabwe despite its setbacks and challenges. Keep on representing my brother. That country is our home.
Awesome episode Dirk with great people! And yes I’m still jealous 😂😂 I need a trip! I’m so happy to see the increased interest in Zim. What an amazing destination! Thank you for sharing.
Wow! That’s so great Graeme. What wonderful to hear about that. I like travelling. One day I should contact you to make arrangements for a trip to Zim. I love it my man. Keep it up with the great work you are doing. ❤❤
Nice work Mr Sharp... Protecting the designated camping areas will go a long way, our grand children will get the experience as well... True Zim spirit right there
Thanks for such a beautifully compiled video Dirk! It just gets better and better. I can tell this is going to be special, just like the places your'e about to visit.
I am from Vic Falls and I agree! So many picnic sites and other sites along the river in town are being developed into commercial sites and ruining the natural essence of the town. I mean it’s good to have more restaurants and accommodation because it creates jobs and gives local people and tourists more places to go. However, one of the greatest things I loved about moving to Victoria Falls was the natural environment which invites more wildlife to roam around the residences and town. Its such an amazing experience waking up at the middle of the night to find elephants in our yard or buffalos as well.
The untouched beauty of much of our countryside is a blessing to Zimbabwe. I hope our government ( national and local) is not so greedy, irresponsible and shortsighted as to allow this to be destroyed by allowing more commercial developments. Mosi oa Tunya/Vic Falls' world heritage designation is already under threat. Those investors who are building their hotels etc have already turned their own countries into concrete jungles.
Brother, you nailed it! out there in the world there's isn't any place that beats Zimbabwe, it is the land of the gods .... originally the Anunnaki lived there (Shona word for Anu is vanhu and nnnaki is vanaki meaning vanhu vakanaka.... simply translates to good people) and mined gold including king Solomon gold fields

Question for Graeme Sharp
Was your dad John Sharp ?
Great episode 🤙👍
Is the mana vlog available yet?
Great scenery of the Falls!! What time of year was your trip?
This was August this year, thank you for the kind words.
a question about Chizarera camp sites, the mucheni campsites? Are there ablution blocks at those two campsites?
the chasm is related to the car crash scene... not making it over and crashing the car are related too...
Mama pools the best
👏🇿🇼
Is zim safe for tourists now tho? It was in the 70s!!!!
It's not ,try Europe and the Americas
Very safe
Already in Europe, UK and even that's dodgy, all drugs and prostitutes

@@vanessagowora tend to believe you, it always used to be safe, thank u
Zim used to be my favourite place on the planet such a shame that the last guy ruined it!!!!!
if someone does get over the chasm they get left behind
Zim will come right, we are getting close the current system is not sustainable.
they did not make it over... then started mouthing off on everyone and were sent back home... on the way back crashing their car or whatever
Too many talking heads and vehicles - we want to see the country!
Rhodesia was much better
