It would be great if the Korean subtitles was added as CC instead so they don't block the video.
The CC you can move around on the screen and turn off if you don't need it.
I think it's great with the Korean subtitles but not when they are edited in to the video and blocking it.
Fun Fact : The two main actors in this film will compete in serial film from The Round Up: Punishment 2024, and will change roles, Ma Dong Seok is a police officer and Kim Mu Yeol is a gangster.😮

The "devil" guy is the guy from kingdom he's also in the outlaws actually (the third gangster that doesn't talk much) another amazing series he's in is The King of Pigs

This is my third time watching this movie. So glad you guys liked it. I must also advice you guys to watch "The worst of evil" it is a shorter korean series. I am sure you already have a long list, but i recommend it so much. One of the best series out there.

A few Korean films I recommend:
The Man From Nowhere - This is the movie that "inspired" John Wick, and will likely get a US Remake at some stage because it's that good. One of the best knife fights in movie history is in this film.
I Saw the Devil - One of my favorite Korean films. Great pacing, a lot of subversion of thriller tropes, and some absolutely insane moments.
Oldboy - Come on, it's Oldboy. You probably know about this one. If not; a man is kidnapped and imprisoned for 15 years with no knowledge as to why. Then he's released and given only a few days to find out why.
Miracle in cell no.7 - The little girl can really act, and this award winning movie has had remakes in 7 or 8 different countries/languages.
You‘d love Bad Guys, Ma Dong Seok and Kim Muyeol (the cop) are both in that series
Kim Muyeol is not in the first season though.

It seems that the reason why Ma Dong-seok carried a rope in the shower room in the last scene was to disguise the murderer's suicide.
+ since Ma Dong-seok is not in prison for murder charges anymore, wouldn't that mean he isn't in there for life?
So he would be out probably in like 2-4 years in typical korean fashion.

can you guys please watch The Roundup? I am really looking forward to it ever since you reacted to The Outlaws and I thought you're going to continue but I am also loving this reaction. Anyway, first was The Outlaws, The Roundup (2022), The Roundup: No Way Out (2023), and The Roundup: Punishment (2024). hope you can watch it someday.
