For a cruelty-free foundation, I think you would like the ordinary serum foundation! It's really good for dry skin and super dewy and pretty! But I would suggest using your fingers to blend it I've found that's better than a sponge because it's liquidy so a lot of it gets absorbed.
Ooo I love that foundation. I’m oily and it lasts well but is dewy slightly. I use a brush and then go over with the sponge to get any excess off because I don’t like using my hands lol but very good foundation at a good price

Hi Demi, I'm assuming this day is a non-binge day of eating? Have you considered tracking your calories on days like these, because it may well be you are undereating on non-binge days which is leading to more binge urges. Your breakfast and lunch weren't the most satiating, filling meals so this may have an impact too? Hope you are doing well. I hope this is not unsolicited advice where you asked if this was a similar to how much we eat, what we eat etc. I think its actually prob a lot less than what I eat in a day!

Omg the amount of baked beans give me the fear I think the concept is great and sounds yum but I would for sure use a mixed taco beans or spicy beans mix!
You could add a banana or yoghurt to your lunch because that sandwich is only a few hundred calories…it’s best to space your calories out during the day so you don’t binge later and the best times to eat are before 6pm so it gives the body time to fast well overnight before breakfast the next day.
My partner is vegetarian we thought your tik tok tea looked great, would love to see more also I need to lose weight for the sake of my health my problem is carbs love them but judging by today's meal that would fill me up.

I must be a little pig compared to you lol. I usually eat two choc wheetabix with oat milk and bowl of fruit. Then I have dinner a sandwich and a bag of Crisps. Then evening meal is a big meal like veg pasta and garlic bread..then straight after we always have pudding which will be like cake or vegan ice creams. Then at night more fruit with biscuits or chocolate bar. Even then I'm sometimes still hungry lol 😆
Cruelty free does not generally mean it's suitable for Vegans, some of these companies state cruelty free yet they still test on animals in other areas of their products. Being vegan isn't a diet, it just means you do not consume anything from an animal. And do not support any companies involved in animal cruelty. 🌱💚
