ID.7 Review | 621km Range | Flagship EV | Tested on Irish Roads | 4k

This week on the DoneDeal RUclips channel we're delighted to be test driving the all-new Volkswagen ID.7! This is a very rare car in Ireland, however our good friends at Sheehy Volkswagen in Nass invited us down to take a look at theirs.
In terms of the stats. It has a 77kWh battery which is powered by a more efficient electric motor meaning it has a WLTP range of 621km! This is also thanks to the extreme aerodynamics. It has a drag coefficient value of 0.23! This paired with the 175kw fast charging capability means you should be able to drive just about anywhere in Ireland!
It's a long car, meaning space in the rear is excellent, as well as having a huge 532 litre boot! Thankfully it's not too wide, so it's very easy to drive on our thin roads. It also has some excellent driving aids including lane assist, adaptive cruise control amongst many others. It's also very easy to park with a great turning circle, and an overhead camera.
Overall we really enjoyed our first drive of the ID.7 and we can't wait to see more of them on the road.

Between Ioniq 6 and ID7, I would pick the ID7. Ioniq 6 has poor interior materials quality being having too many hard plastics and unique looking it may be exterior wise but it looks too quirky.

Expensive on day 1 and useless and out of date every day there after.
