The guy throwing the parcels was fully aware, he was being filmed, but still carried on damaging them, obviously he has no respect whatsoever for peoples property and yodel allow it to carry on. How unprofessional can they get.?
I worked for Royal Mail over christmas one time and its almost impossible to sort mail without throwing them into some sort of pile....otherwise it would take FOREVER. That's why its up to the poster to securely pack their mail and if its fragile, put a fragile sticker on it. Pretty sure this guy wont have been throwing mail with 'Fragile' on it as theyre sorted into seperate pile
Between them and the courier it's a wonder how people parcels get to them in one piece
