Spooge is the guy from Breaking Bad that Jessie supposedly kills by squashing his head with the ATM machine. And the hooker Saul uses to set up Howard is Spooge's partner in Breaking Bad, who actually tips the ATM machine on his head. They are a lot more haggard looking in Breaking Bad. And it all comes full circle. 😮
What becomes very clear here in the episode is that the man who is never afraid of anything and instead spreads fear is afraid of Lalo. That says a lot about Lalo. Remember, Guz is the man who calmly ran on when a sniper shot at him and he had no guard on.
I'm so surprised that Trin didn't immediately clock that it was Gus' house when they showed the door. It's such a relief to know that she's a mere mortal 😆
So that strange opening segment is Gus’ home. I don’t recall if they ever explain that couple, but they are probably paid decoys living in the house while Gus is super paranoid about lalo.
They live in the house across Gus', I've always thought that they were just regular neighbours who got paid a lot of money so their house could be used as a surveillance room/hiding spot
14:51 You guys totally missed "El Camino Dining Room" 15:07: A lot of fans thought that the bald guy was "NoHo Hank" in a "Barry" crossover. "Barry" is another great show in this same Breaking Bad Universe realm (as is Ozark). You should watch and react to either one next --and, the other one after that.
Spooge was in breaking bad, he's the junkie one with his junkie wife or whatever and lil redheaded boy that jessie saves. and spooge gets his head eh.. hugged kinda hard by an ATM his wife or whatever may have tipped over on his head. with a hard hug like i said. yes.
