I know the vagina will eventually self clean, but I heard that it can smell bad there after intimacy because the ph of the vagina has been disturbed by the semen. This will go away, but in the mean time when it hasn’t gone and you want to be intimate again can you use fingers to remove any residue and wash the fingers well before putting it back? I heard African moms often say you have to clean your vagina that way until you feel it’s tight then you know it’s clean that way you don’t smell bad during intimacy. 2) How to properly clean the outside (lifting the hood and cleaning the lips and the clitoris) when you have long nails? Can we use a bottle and spray water? Because sometimes I want to have nails but I’m afraid of how I’m going to clean there and whether or not I’m going to scratch myself.

You don't have any business washing your vagina. Contrary to what people think, period blood is not dirty blood. Its the shedding of the uterus. When your period is done, it cleases it self .Like explained in the video, wash your vulva and not your vagina.
Question about the last point of sleeping naked. So what about the bacteria particles flowing through the air and on your bed sheets and blankets, would that not have a negative effect on the vagina?

Any of the above is OK. Just make sure its from front to back. You don't want to introduce bacteria from the anus.
