The man survived five hours in the quantum realm and single handedly convinced the avengers of a needed plan to time travel. He also changed into a baby and an old man risking death in order to discover a way to bring his old friends back.

It’s neat how this training is what made him survive the bomber strike in Endgame. The man developed such a good reaction time that he shrunk in the instant the explosion got to him
Unless that is why Dr Strange fought long enough, to make sure that Scott would be safe

Hank didn't even know that they could time travel with his particals. He only knew that you could go to the quantum realm.
Scott had the idea but didn't know how. So he went to the Avengers where Hulk tried and came close.
Then Tony figured it out in 1 night and boom.

To be honest i really missed the times when some marvel heroes had actual real helmets. Idk i feel like nanotech helmets have been overused to the point that now theyre just lazy and the CGI feel just feels weird.

Scott was about to go into the quantum realm the second time, and Janet (Hope's mother) warned him about the time vortex. I think he would somehow use it and got transported into the past to stop Thanos
In Avengers: Endgame trailer you see the avengers in the one Hank wore in Ant-man 2. They are probably going back in time to retrieve the Avengers.

They said when you're small you have the same mass but since you're small you have a much higher impact. but when he's big, it should be the same story, meaning if he's big he should be extremely light due to having same mass but much bigger volume. his punches should feel like nothing as a giant but thats not the case
