Great question. The gossip is that the engine started life as a Mercedes C180 W203 Kompressor Sport 1.8, only the casting remains of the original engine. We are now 2.0L with around 16:1 compression.
I work on all my cars, including full on race cars. I never have the luxury of a clutch alignment tool that is just a cut off input shaft from the gearbox. The closest luxury I experienced is a cheap China made plastic misalignment tool that comes with the clutch.
Very interesting video Thanks For Sharing, 👍😎👍
Thanks for watching and we are glad you enjoyed it!
Love these videos! Learning so much!
Thanks for watching!
Really great and interesting in-depth video. I loved the comment about lending the worn nuts to the competitors.
Thank you so much and of course we don't want to appear rude if someone asks to borrow something....
What is the actual engine model?

@@KCKLubricants damn so custom everything then. Damn
@km6832 yes unfortunately, it makes for an expensive little engine.

We are pretty spoilt, we have a relatively short service life on the input shafts meaning we have quite a pile of them.
