I think you're right. Without seeing or feeling them in person my 1-2-3 would probably be your 3-2-1, by color/looks alone. In High School, I loved my small amber brush that we all stuck in our back pockets to tidy up our hair for the girls between classes. Guys would kid me and call it my iced tea brush. That was ages ago, but I'll never forget it. 🤣 That's why I'm partial to the Amber Aerolite. Next favorite looking brush would be the Phantom Aerolite for the beautiful blue handle, but 26mm might be on the large side. The Peregrino looks cool too, but the translucent colors of the other two are more appealing to me. What makes the knot on the Peregrino so special to you?
John, I need your opinion on the knots of your top 3. What makes the knot in the Peregrino so special, and how does it compare in backbone, splay, and softness to the other two. After some homework on the Phantom and Amber, the Amber is reported to have a little more backbone, so I'm leaning towards the Amber. I'm looking for something in between my RazoRock Plissoft and T2, but closer to the Plissoft (good backbone and very soft). Thanks once again for this video. I keep coming back to it.
@@christopherthompson3313 hi christopher for me personally the peregrino is a denser knot with softer tips, the amber is almost identical to it, but i prefer the handle on the phantom, out of the 3 knots if i was pushed id say the amber has more backbone but there isnt much in it it. 😎😎👌👌👍👍, hope this helps

I only have the Atomic Rocket which is a fabulous brush. I like the size, the weight, the knot and handle. I would like to get your top two as well (and likely will at some point). Do all Kurig coffee pots sound like that? If I didn't know better, I'd think it was a helicopter taking off or something. Seeing the view out of your window, I know it's not a like a tourist vista or something but I have always, from the time I was a boy, wanted to go to Britain. I hope I get the chance someday. Hi eric, paa knock it out of tge park for brushes in my opinion, the helicoper was my private, "hawk" i use it to fly around my town lol, ill post a link her in a fee minuts of a walk i go on almost daily its about a mile from here, have a great week eric 👍👍
Thought we were taking off at the end with the washing machine on full spin 😂 I only own the Phantom Aerolite which I’ve used this morning. The handle is stunning. I never realised when I bought it that the veins in the resin were so cool. I assumed it was a solid colour until I opened the box :)
Thanks for this video. The green ray and atomic rocket weren't my cup of tea so I gave them away. I think the phantom aerolite might be the perfect brush for me
Hi flash i love the rocket but my hands are quite big, i love my tea, in the morning and when i come home it has got to be tea, but when im feeling a bit drained i love the boost the coffee gives me, those tea towels are great arnt they 👍👍😁😁😎😎🤣🤣👌👌

Fine shave brushes, i have only one PAA brush, the Atomic Rocket, i do prefer my Yaqi mokka over the rocket. The Atomic Rocket is a tad too large in knot and size of the handle
