If we're going to break the laws of physics, can we make something to help me lose weight without exercise, while eating whatever and as much as I want?
There's Siser Easysubli that you can use to sublimate on dark colors. I've used it before, but it's a little pricey. I think 5 sheets what like $22. But it works
Thank you for sharing❤ I found 2 plastic packs in my stash and I had to go get it to make sure it was the same stuff lol and it is but I have the glitter ones and not sure on sure of size looks like 8.5 x 14 or larger 🤷♀️ after your video I’m test it out 😂
Thanks so much for troubleshooting this! I got mine a couple of months ago for me and my 13 y/o nephew, and I haven’t used it yet. This isn’t a new product, where have we been? 😂😂😂 But thank you love! 💕
good video, thanks! honestly, I tried the same on a converted epson and I got a lot of missing spots. The feeling at touch (where it transfer) is similar to a DTF so I guess is better to go with a DTF right away as I cannot guess and miss in production. Would be great to have a reliable sublimation cotton transfer.
Thank you so much Katrina I am new to sublimation. I found your channel a month ago and watched so many of your tutorials and learn so much from you. I really want to be able to sublimate on cotton. I’m just trying to figure out the best solution. I have the same Epson 8550 printer. This looks like it might be a game changer. How does the no cut feel on your he shirt feel on the shirt? Does it feel like vinyl? Thanks I’ll keep watching your channel and keep learning. God bless.
Hello and welcome to the channel. It doesn’t feel like vinyl however you can feel the edges. I have to do it again to try to get better results but there are other hacks as well. This won’t allow you to do darks
Good try, I 've this Forever for more than one year ago and I got the same problems that you faced in this video, then I tried different settings and search the youtube until I came to the following to get the best out of it: The design must have strong colors (you get problems with printing light colors), not less than 150% and you can adjust this in Photoshop, the other thing is better to use Sawgrass and finally use the same settings for pressing, temp and time. God bless you.
Hi Katrina. Do you think this would also work on darker colors if you had a lighter image? Also I am getting streak marks on my Epson 8550. I've done all the maintenance but it is still happening. Do you think it may have something to do with adding the bleed? I'm at a lost.
I notice on the grey shirt with glitter material, where it’s missing those 2 pieces in the bottom of the dress, it looks like there’s no glitter, which makes me think those pieces didn’t transfer & it’s not part of the design. Wonder why your gold lettering won’t transfer🤷♀️??
What brand of heat transfer paper would you recommend for ironing images on to tshirts? I just want to do a couple of quick tees for an event next week.
I brought this transfer a few years ago, and the image would never come out correctly. I tried it again a few weeks ago and just gave up on the transfer paper.
i'm used to folding the image to make sure it's directly in the middle. How did you know 100% you were in the right place? This scares me but it's so cool
Hi, Katrina so I'm new to your channel and we all are looking for better ways to make shirts of course but I'm sorry did you say forever subli light? so where did you purchase it from if you don't mind me asking because apparently Amazon doesn't look like they have it on light, if that what you said. Sincerely JT
I use this from another company and it was a disaster. I was missing part of my design just like you and the very first one I did also did not come out. The one that came out with the missing parts total came off in the wash.
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 it's the same product actually from ProWord.I have some left over I will wait and see before I try again can't afford to waste anymore shirts.
Maybe you can use your gloves and peel the carrier really quickly while it’s still hot. Looks like it’s got to be hot. Maybe try doing it without talking because it seems to take more time if you’re explaining while doing the process. Just explain it before you start the process so you can get it done according to the instructions. I was sorry to see that ink get on your shirt. Maybe test it out on some fabric remnants. I love it, too! You always choose beautiful images. Do they have a sublimation paper for dark fabric? GREAT JOB for just testing!
You have to use the hacks for darks which I have shown on my channel already. This was specifically for lights. Me talking doesn’t affect timing. The paper isn’t an easy peel. It doesn’t come right off. Thanks for watching
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 Thank you for your reply. Just friendly suggestions. I’m sure you’ll get it down to a science. Have a wonderful day. 💛💛💛
Hi, everything was hyperlinked except for your website for 1 on 1's. When I did the copy and paste it stated the website doesn't exist. Possibly a typo?
Excellent presentation on the new Forever Subli Light sublimation transfer sheets! 👍 That said, I believe I understand why it is not working correctly and why you’re experiencing black ink spots running off the pages. The company recommends Sawgrass printers for a reason. Converting Epson printers or using hacks to create a sublimation printer is still not the same as using a genuine sublimation printer, regardless of whether they have been converted using sublimation inks. The print heads on Epsons or any other brands are not designed for sublimation inks. Sublimation inks and standard inks have different components and will affect the print heads if used incorrectly, potentially causing issues sooner or later. Additionally, if I am correct, Forever Subli papers are a hybrid between sublimation and DTF, offering a mix of both worlds. This might be contributing to the excess black ink left on your prints due to the type of paper Forever uses and you not using the correct printer recommend for. A true sublimation printer, such as the Epson SureColor F170 or Brother SP-1, is specifically designed to use sublimation inks and may work better with this product. However, Forever does not recommend using sublimation printers other than Sawgrass printers due to the specific inks Forever Subli Light Or Dark sublimation paper is designed for. Sawgrass inks and sublimation inks for Epson or other sublimation printers contain different chemicals, so they are not interchangeable. Before making any conclusions, I consulted with Heatpress Nation, and they recommended using Sawgrass printers only. What concerns me is that this might become another big hype among almost every RUclips Content Creator in the sublimation community, similar to the hype surrounding converting Epson printers into sublimation printers, which was and still is considered one of the worst practices. I hope this isn’t the case. However, if it is, I hope the creators clearly state that their product is not designed for use with converted printers before selling it to their audience. Until Forever makes this product compatible with other sublimation printers besides Sawgrass, I would hesitate to recommend it due to the associated risks and high cost per sheet. However, if you have a Sawgrass printer, I would suggest giving it a test run with a ten-pack. 😎
Thanks for another amazing video but i think this company needs a little more work in order to get a perfect peel without hoping that all the print will transfer and the light color in the font needs to be seen also.❤
This is the problem with almost all Forever transfer papers. From laser & inkjet to sublimation. Getting a perfect transfer should not have to be that hard & cost so much wasteage. We have tried thier laser papers for White toner prints also & have the same problem of bits never transfering. You can go back & forth with settings all day, its all just a waste of $. They make it look easy in thier product demos but to the average user who does not have expensive swing away press & Sawgrass, you will just be throwing your $ away.
It’s not a hack because there are no other steps involved. It’s a product that gives you sublimation results. Hacks you are altering and mixing procedures to get the desired result.
Looks like a useless product to me. We cannot all afford to have wastage like this. This is the problem with reviews of freebies, it's not subjective and helpful.
As a sublimation girly. I LOVE we are getting more things to help with shirts. Thank you for the videos ❤❤
More options to choose from. Lol
I wish they would come up with sublimate paper on dark cotton, that would be MAGIC!
If we're going to break the laws of physics, can we make something to help me lose weight without exercise, while eating whatever and as much as I want?
Would be nice!
That will change the game of shirts designs on a whole a other level if they would do that.

Hi! They have Sublidark.
You did a great job sis!!! Practice makes progress! Try 370/firm pressure. That was my happy medium ❤ okay love you bye!
Love your Black Princess 🎉 absolutely adorable! Hope to check this out soon! Thanks!

Yeah I spoke to them at Forever I was using the epson specifically because I know not everyone has the sawgrass
@@katrinasgracefulcreations3711 strong colors are the main key to get a very good results, not the printer, I tried it myself.

Never mind just seen it through your information, but one thing I didn't see is it the one that states flex?
Try 338° for 30 seconds. Also, remember to wear your gloves as you’re peeling right after you press on the heat press.

I have a sublimation question. Is it hard to sublimate bright colors. Bright pink keeps looking red.
What printer are you using? Some printer you might have to adjust your settings and color profile.

Nope, way too finicky for me. The DTF hack is still my absolute best for subbing on cotton.
