Common Problems I've had Hiring Musicians on Nashville's Broadway scene! Plus some tips for players

I've seen a lot of the same patterns with musicians working around town. This video is intended to entertain and inform, not bring anyone down. If someone is playing downtown they are probably very skilled, these are some of my pet peeves when players are hard to work with but don't realize it.
There's not a lot of communication between musicians about what works and what doesn't. I hope this makes a difference for you.
