Best of luck!
I love your style, your teaching, you are amazing!! Ty so much!!! I’m so happy I found you!!!!
Thanks !
Awesome information as always.. love your vids. Now that my husband has opened our flatbed trucking company this is very important to know.
I have been dividing the miles per load while adding in the dead head miles too...
Deadhead + Loaded = total miles
Then
Total miles ÷ Rate confirmation = rpm
I had never thought of doing it in longer time frames like weekly or monthly 😬
Thank you Alex !
No, rate / total miles =RPM
1000$ / 500 miles = 2$ per mile
No, rate / total miles =RPM
1000$ / 500 miles = 2$ per mile
Thank you....
Also what I would do to be able to take your training ! that was definitely Ashley's loss....
You are such a genius Alex
Alex, you are the best mentor of mine, even though we’ve never met or communicated in person, for now!

🙏❤️❤️❤️
Hi Alex, thank you for your content. Very informative, just have to watch again to completely understand breakdown. Also, in a personal tip. We share commonality with our share past of,walking long distances to get to the library. Thanks again and see in class.
🙏❤️
this is my favorite your video - as an accountant I love numbers. thank you Alex.
Hi Alex could we have some links or name of websites or pages we can access to get more knowledge about USA market and production. I will appreciate it.
Thats true i had to sit 1wk due to broker not making appointment, which he blamed the consignee system not working
The consignee was over booked and would not work me in nor took any excuses, i was a day early too, which is normal for me... i was mad so i stayed on property till they took thier property off truck . I got in the habit to always call consignee to verify and get possible directions for truck entrance 😳 and to see if i can get loaded early if i arrive way ahead of schedule.
next level, ms sassy dispatch girl
I love you 💝. You motivate me and give me courage to work hard and never give up even if life is hard. I thank you 🙏
Alex.....Regarding the 8% fee for dispatchers, what % do you think a newly trained dispatcher should charge ?
Regarding Calculations. I think the bottom line is to practice practice practice. Learn as much scenarios: deadhead, tolls, know your vehicle type and features and practice RPM calculations.
the spreadsheet shown helps significantly as a check list.
In this market you should charge 5-6 % as new dispatcher
Thank you for the very detailed information!!!! Awesome!
Thx Alex!
Thank you Alex
👍
Awesome as always! Listening good info until next class ⭐️📝🆙️
Man, I love the accent. awesome info too
Дякуємо!
She is SUPER INFORMATIVE✨✨✨✨
ya companies not organized not good they should be organized seriously i agree.
Hi Alex, I always on your channel
Great info.
I am inspired by you Alex and I will like for you to be my mentor. I can’t wait to take one of your trainings
I like ❤ your style
can you post that spreadsheet so we can use it please
So we would be calcuting all the miles to each pick up? Now I need to understand fully how to eliminate dead head that are big.
Deadhead is a distance between previous delivery and next pick up
How can I get information on how get rates for box trucks...How do brokers come up with the rates for box trucks across the United States. I like to run my truck to the midwest and to the mid northeast and south west...
So basically as a dispatcher we should calculate RPM on total miles not on loaded miles. We should include deadhead origin and destination?
Yes, that’s correct 👍
Some of my friends used to book loads on Miles at two percent. Will his career earn?
Barely ! Or 80 % not
does the owner operator driver buy his own truck if he gets into an accident and the truck is totalled.
How do we get that sheet?
I have recently finished the course of Dispatching. Now I need to find a job . Most companies are not hiring even for practice and working for free . Because they need at least one year experienced dispatcher😢. Can I find a job from other countries? BTW , I am from Central Asia.
Did your instructor share how to find carriers ?
@@DispatchTrainingCenter yes, according to him , I need to lie on CV like I need to show that I worked as an updater for 6 months. Do I really need to lie? In my country, demand for dispatchers is lower than last year. Maybe , I can work for other countries' companies where demand is higher.
@@NatureMusical-vy9gu you gonna be working for USA carriers !
@@DispatchTrainingCenter I studied for 1 month about USA logistics.
When and how much for your next class?

Was the sheet automatically doing the math? Because I’m writing it out and I don’t know how to divide these expenses to get the minim rpm needed to break even.
Yes it was
You had it from class
👍

sorry, but what is IRP?
International Registration Plan (IRP) - an agreement that provides for the apportioned registration of commercial motor vehicles based on the total miles traveled in each jurisdiction.
Simply it’s your plates on truck , you have to renew it every year in state where you have registration ( 1700-2500 all depends on miles that truck drove in each state )
You are Matilda not Alex 😀👍
Lol
Cat dispatcher 🤣🤣
I would like to win safety yvonne hogans
