Alec Baldwin’s manslaughter murder trial continues. Attorneys will argue motions over evidence about ammunition provided to sheriff's office investigators by an individual after the trial of armorer Hannah Gutierrez Reed. At 11:30 a.m., the jury will be brought back into court and testimony will resume.

The judge dimissed the charges because the prosecutor hid exculpatory evidence. Actors are NEVER charged in these situations because legally they have no control over the ammunition. Baldwin didn't put a live round in that gun; legally, he wasn't even allowed to check the gun because that is SOLELY the responsibility of the armorer. Therefore, the judge had no choice but to dismiss the charges.
