Hello quick question what is the difference between Hypocleanse Multi-cleanse vs Annihilyte ?

It’s the same product. We are distributors for the same company and we get it at a great price. Prior to Covid the Annihilyte was used as a multi cleanse and disinfecting product. After registering it with the EPA and be put on the N list the new label was created.

Can you use this for cars and do you have to clean the surfaces first or can you just fogg it?

Always when disinfecting you need to clean the surface. You can’t spray disinfectant on dust, grease and grime, otherwise it will not kill the germs.
