  • Hi everyone! This is Nathan here! And today we made some coconut lime soap! I don’t know why it has taken me so long to make this fragrance. I’ve seen it on fragrance websites forever but I never pulled the trigger. Lame! Lol!
For this soap I used a modified one pot wonder technique and I really like how it turned out! The superpowers of this fragrance really come out when out of the bottle!
Made using olive oil, sustainable palm oil, coconut oil, organic Shea butter, rice bran oil, and castor oil.
Additives: sugar, tussah silk, sodium lactate

I like the idea of trying a drop of the fragrance oil separately to see its reaction. Most soapers just kinda jump in and hope for the best. LOL. Beautiful soap!

Haha I have enough fragrances now that I mostly know how the stuff behaves! It’s nice to get past worrying about fragrance being a jerk!

Love that brown as well. I’ve got to get me some! Also have the coconut Lime Verbena, haven’t used yet. Keep doing your videos!

Thanks for the tip. I never thought too test small amount. I had my first fail I wanted to do 15 lbs new scent and whole thing seized within a min flat 😳

Testing a tiny bit can be very helpful for checking the seize. It can be harder to tell if it accelerates, but it should tell you right away if it’s going to turn into soap on a stick!

No! I actually got this one from Scentsational Soaping Supply! This one is more limey I think but behaves sooo good!

@@clover.soapworks oh I will have to check them out. Why oh why I just always assume stuff, it makes me think of my Mom, I hear her saying “ you know what happens when you assume s**t Miranda!” She is such sassy lady. 😁
