I think thats an inteligent LCE 2nd gen! which is kinda rare
It's very common to see these 2008 ecodisc 2nd gens near where I live.
This randomly happened a few days ago at my workplace, then the panel shut off and it worked again
Keyswitch puts it on phase 1 but no phase 2 switch *impressive* Phase 1 should only be used on fire alarm activation and the external switch needs to put it on phase 2
