I have a weird issue. I manage to sync them as shown, but there is no sound on the right earbud. I can totally use the touch functions the right earbud (play, pause, up volume, etc.) But no sound whatsoever. Any hints?

same here. i also managed to sync them and now the audio is switching from right to left. If i only take the the right one, i can listen with that. If i use both, only from the left one come some audio.

First off minus the music would be a lot better. Second off when I hold them they do not shut off after the pairing thing. The pairing lights come on the pairing lights go out and then there is no red light after that. I wish I could just to be sure if these are defective or not so I could move on and buy another one. The fact that I don’t know if these are broken is making me go crazy. Each one works separately but they pair separately. I can either listen to the right or I can listen to the left I just can’t listen to them together. It’s really stupid and annoying. Nothing should ever be this difficult. When you put them in the box there should be a button on the charger that resets them

mine dont pair with each other. once i do the reset, place in dock till red led then pull back out they dont flash blue at all they flash red off sync
