How to Pass the Lasso Guard (works every time!)

The lasso guard is one of the toughest guards to deal with…but It doesn’t matter how great your

Hello Marcos, when you advanced to the crossface position, is the goal of the grip on the outside of the knee to act as a method to pin the bottom players hip(keep him from being able to shrimp)? or are you just using it as an anchor to couterbalnce your body when settling into side control?
