  • I moved from Fairbanks to Delta Junction and started building log house. I lived in a walk tent. I clear the land and dig the dirt up to get to mineral soil. I dump D1 gravel down there and out cement blocks down.

My son and his family just moved to Delta junction Dec of 2022. So I love seeing videos from people that live there. It gives me an idea of the area he's living in . Your video is very interesting can't wait to see the finished cabin .

We bought 6 acre in Georgia and we completely understand exactly how hard you worked. Like you, we did everything ourselves. We "wore out" two Stihl chainsaws and found out the local dealer accepted trade-ins so we ended up with a new Stihl MS 251 C-BE with easy start. It was an even trade and we did not have to pay anything. We had to get burn permits and we hauled endless loads of gravel. We admire everything you do. Thank you for sharing your life with us. BE SAFE. BE HEALTHY. BE HAPPY. God bless.

Hi, I just found your channel and found you to be an interesting woman. You're definitely not lazy and are a go getter. I just subscribed and plan to watch your past video. I used to live in remote Alaska and I lived in a 12'x14' wall tent for 5 years. 20 years ago I moved to Willow and built my cabin and have been here since. What is your name? Thanks for sharing.

Didier.😇

With no loving in our souls
And no money in our coats
    You can't say we're satisfied
But, Angie, I still love you, baby
Everywhere I look, I see your eyes
There ain't a woman that comes close to you
Come on, baby, dry your eyes
    Angie, Angie
Ain't it good to be alive?
    Angie, Angie
They can't say we never tried

Where are you in Delta Junction. I was at Fort Greely from 1972-75, and was stationed out on the Alaska Highway, at MP 1393. The Gerstle River Test Site, and I befriended some couples who had moved to Alaska, from Tennessee. They built cabins out on the Ak. Hwy. It was great hanging out with them. I am thinking back because on this week in 1975, I got out of the Army, and drove home to Kentucky. I have been watching all kinds of videos of people driving the Alaska Highway...
