Wow, was surprised to see a former motovlogger video pop up on my new video feed! If you recall, we met at the Austin meetup a few years ago (Tom here). I am business partners with ChaseJasperDown (Brian) in Big Deal Production. Anyway, good to see an update and I skipped back one video as well to see all the life updates you've gone through. Looks like you have a nice stable of vehicles now. Would love to see some cinematic stuff as well as more car vids.

Alot of my subscribers are from about 3-4 years ago when I was doing motorcycle videos. I have taken a very long break and alot of them probably forgot me or arent interested in car videos.

My awe is coming in tomorrow and I rented an exhaust cutter tool from o’Riley’s. Hopefully it cuts through and nice video

As long as you can get leverage on the cutter or saw, you'll be fine if you're patient with it. After that it's all bolts and hangers. Let me know how it works out for ya. The exhaust sounds amazing.

TheAK47s the exhaust hangers and the resonater were terrible to get off the stock exhaust but when putting on the awe exhaust it was so easy. And pops are so loud it’s almost ridiculous. And everything u said about it is true. Best in depth video I’ve ever seen about this exhaust. You should win an award.👌🏼

@@alejandrorivas7634 appreciate it man. Yeah the hangers are A PAIN IN THE A** to get off without a removal tool. And the resonator clamp is a major beyotch, especially after thousands of miles because it kind of gets rusted together a bit. But once you get everything off, the install literally could not be easier. The pops and bangs are CANNONS. Glad you like it man! Happy revving

TheAK47s update on awe exhaust , first day the pops sounded like cannons like u said but after like the third day it takes a lot of gas for me to make it pop. Sometimes the pops sound muffled. I checked for leaks, no leaks. I retightened everything 4 days after I put it on. I think I may have retightened it too much idk. It’s been two weeks since I put it on and I haven’t worried about it too much cause it still sounds so loud on cold start, wot, regular driving and revving. Only problem is that the car refuses to pop sometimes. Which is like the whole reason I got this exhaust was cause the pops were loud. Sorry for the long ass story.

@@alejandrorivas7634 I've been in the same story, however I have found that it depends on driving style, and engine temps. When the car is colder it pops significantly less. And you need to be aggressive with the throttle. Both on and off the pedal. If you ease off it wont pop and bang. Overall, it seems to be more tune based than anything and I have felt like you run into the non popping issue no matter the exhaust. It's all the tune.

Man i've been having a hell of a time with mine. Install went just fine but, noticed a rattle. Got the car back up, and the midpipe was making contact with the brace for the driveshaft in the center of the car. Nothing I did as far as loosening, twisting, tightening worked. Got a longer hangar for that area to push the exhaust further down to give it a bit more clearance at the recommendation of a forum member with the same issue. Problem solved right? Well now that the exhaust was pushed down further, started making contact with the subframe in the rear where it begins to go over the axle. This past weekend I replaced ALL of the hangars (including the one i'd replaced initially) with the poly Mountune ones, and i'm left with it contacting the driveshaft brace again. Once I manage to figure this out i'll be throwing a thread up on the forums but this has been a big headache for me and i've only heard of one other person having this issue.
