Your videos are so informative and helpful! My battery is already dead. I do not know what type oil to use and learning all I can about this machine which was given to me with a plow . I need to figure out what attachment for the plow, a wench remote and a battery. Snow will be deep any time and NO one for help with these in my remote area.
Great videos on this machine. Thanks so much for posting. I've just picked up one in trade for some mechanic work and beaver trapping I did. Wet clutch was out so I've fixed that and am luving it. Mine is 2011 700. Again thanks for sharing and all the best to you. I'm a new subscriber now also.
Did you actually experience the clutch problems? I have the 750 crew cab and it seems to lack take off and over revs at low speed. Just curious if I may need the dipstick upgrade. Thanks in advance for your video.
Nice. Just Subscribed. Pretty sure it’s a 5 valve head in these. Unless they switched the engine design? I have the same basic model it’s the 700 (686) based off the 660 Yamaha Rhino. I have a 2008 which I think is the first year they started building or should I say cloning them lol. I have a carburetor though not EFI. Done a ton of mods/upgrades i’m hoping it is reliable. I heard about that longer oil dip stick tube but was wondering if it would spit it put the crank case vent? Also if one climbs steeper hills would it be good then? I know the Rhino’s had stator issues burning up and usually caused by oil level. Interested to hear feedback on that longer tube. I know I could add more oil to mine the way it is but that longer tube would be nice.
