    I felt like I was breathing fire today 😂🙌🏻 glad to hear you were breathing hard too 😂👏🏻 my coach put me on to CF Linchpin because I couldn’t always get to the classes in the gym and it was the best recommendation I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for the awesome programming and community, and also being there right alongside us all😂🙌🏻👏🏻

    Nice work! You were right in the coaches video about Wizard pepper… nasty cough after 😂 great job with your brilliant variance and programming and putting together all the workouts we love to hate 😂😂😂
