Unmaiye unmai, our support for him. I don’t get it what is these people problem, I know I lost my lovely brother in law two years ago, because of the negligence of the Jaffana, Thelipalai Drs. No sympathy towards the family, even though my niece is a qualified nurse. Honestly this is the scary reason, I didn’t want to come to Jaffna this year to enjoy Nallur Thiruvelza.

However, This is not same issue as at Base hospital/ Akkaraipattu where several past histories of Medical superintendent with medical administration qualification led to lot of adverse affects on 1. Consultants 2. Medical officers 3. Other staffs 4. And lot. What can you say about the Medical Superintendent with Medical Administration Qualification if he is Not politely talking, Aggressive, Adamant, Money minded, With a feeling that I am the brainy, Not respecting others, Creating groups inside the hospital, Joining rough people and acting accordingly, And with many same characters ?. We need Medical Superintendents , not otherwise. So far , you are ok. Keep it up for the better services to people in future, not for Politicians, or your pocket, or the Doctors who are illegal,indecent,money minded,lazy, not enough qualified,not obedient to the rules and regulations.

It's very interesting to hear the story from this particular doctor. I very much appreciate the fact that this doctor sacrificed his time and energy to develop this particular hospital. It's also nice to see this particular doctor had the appropriate training in the administrative field, and I wished he applied his expertise knowledge in a fruitful manner in this issue. One needs everyone involved to work together to achieve the target ❤. He has been working in that hospital for only twenty days. Administering an institution is a very skilled task. I am glad to learn that this particular doctor has the willingness to improve the services of the hospital for the benefit of the people from the town. We all welcome his effort. Our recommendations to this kind-hearted doctor are to gather the support of the people, leaders of the community, and support of politicians of the area as well as the health department officials. I am sure that with his pure motive, he can improve the status of this particular institution . All he needs is pure dedication to achieve his goal. When we are embarked on a community project, we need support from each and every one without which one can not win. I wish all the very best to this young doctor to achieve his mission. Finally, a word of wisdom is that one can reach the goal with love but not with hate.
