How good was that week Easyjet back at SEN let's hope that in 2024 they 're establish a base at the airport and have 4 /5 aircraft operating all year round to many destinations rather than a limited summer service. I remember before Covid SEN regularly had 32 departures and arrivals in a day. Unfortunately with the demise of Flybe and withdrawal of Ryanair the airport needs to attract new Airlines (come back Wizz) or else the future doesn't look good.

Jet2 have just announced there 11th base at Liverpool Airport and I note that they will be competing against Easyjet on around half of there schedules from there! Jet2 should be setting up at Southend. Why not ? They would basically would have had a free reign there, do you not think. I don't get it. They can't say that there close to other 'London' airports as Manchester airport is only 25 to 30 miles from Liverpool airport. Come on Jet2 get to Southend!
