Eddie and I were classmates from kindergarten to grade six at Keele St. Public in Toronto, all the back in 1962. Every year, Ed and I, the tallest two in the class were shoulder to shoulder in our annual classroom photo. I'm gonna dig them up from the garage. I am so saddened by his passing. He was a brilliant and genuine soul. Rest in Peace my friend.
@RickSkrzypek, ty for sharing here 🙏 I am still saddened by his passing. I know you have some special, beautiful memories of dear Ed! He touched my soul in a special way over the years that he was w/The Crowes, always had a kind word and the time to chat. The first time, he approached us after a show in So. Cal., where we were sitting waiting for the parking lot to thin out. I always remember that he mentioned that the sky was beautiful and such a beautiful night! I want to think that it was always beautiful wherever Eddie was, for he had such a lovely light in him. Blessings to you and may Ed always stay in your heart☮️✨💜

I saw Moke open for the Black Crowes some years ago. Its good to see these two bands forming a slew of great musicians. R.I.P Eddie Harsch....
A fitting tribute and a fantastic salute to begin the set of shows in NYC. RIP Eddie Harsch!
Awesome! As a Crowes fan from day 1 this gave me chills. Singer did great. Won't even get on Chris. It's about Eddie. Thanks for sharing.
