    NOTE: This product works exactly as described. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxguEIMc_Qwab-3QMTpF6jaRL80hiOOsIN It originally earned a four-star review due to a minor defect (see below). However, the manufacturer's customer service rep (Lita) went above and beyond the call of duty and deserves five stars now. I wish I could give even more!I purchased this item which arrived quickly. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. There was only one problem: One bolt did not screw into the hole properly. I called the company. Their customer service rep (Lita) was terrific! She took all my information and submitted a request to replace the defective part. I'm hoping to finish assembly and start using this treadmill soon. (Fingers crossed...)FOLLOW UP: Lita called back to inform me that the company will send a replacement part AND a technician(!!) to install it properly. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you!!

    I received my Sole F80 today and had watched this video several times while I waited for it to be shipped and then played it as I assembled the treadmill. I’m a woman in her 60’s and assembled it all by myself in 2 hours, taking my time, thanks to these great instructions and tips. The light on the visor (I wore a hiking headband lamp I’d forgotten I had and dug out just for this after seeing the video) and lowering the upper sidearm cap to insert that one screw were definitely lifesavers!

    A very thorough, easy and clear way to show how to assemble this treadmill. I bought mine at Dick's Sporting Goods. I opted for going the easy way and paid for delivery and assembly. BAD mistake! The contractor employed by Dick's messed up TWO, not just one machine! It's been over two months and still no treadmill functioning correctly. I could have saved myself a ton of headaches and started running two months ago. Great, great tutorial!

    Our Sole F63 has not been used for several years. The treadmill has been unplugged. We got it out plugged it up, turned on the main switch on the bottom and the display came on. The problem: the belt will not turn. My wife worked with it for a while with no luck. I worked on it. I set my weight, picked a program and got the belt to start turning. My wife keeps reading a message on the display, "Please set time." I've got the instruction manual. I've seen the 5, or so, steps in setting a program. Is there a "quick and easy" way to use this F63 treadmill please? Does it sound like a mechanical issue? Does it need lubrication, after being stored for a long time? ANY suggestions? Thank you! Please make a RUclips video on how to set this thing up to use!!! Thank you so much for doing what you have done with this video!

I thought this was normal, but I felt under the belt and it feels totally dry. I thought these were supposed to be pre-lubed. Also yesterday after jogging on it, I put the incline to 15 and slowed the treadmill down. But the treadmill kept going at a speed faster than it should. I kept slowing it down, even to .5 and it was still fast. Any help would be appreciated.

    Is it common to get busted hydrolics fresh out the packaging?

  • @ZishPOE

    Hi there, great video. I'm a heavier person at 325 lbs, but I still consider myself semi-athletic and can still jog for extended periods and do sprint intervals. I've ran on many commercial gym treadmills in my time and have sometimes ran into a big problem - that occasionally, the belt would feel like it skips/sticks/stutters for just a brief instant. I'm unsure what's caused this; it could be that I step or stride in just a way with too much pressure or weight. It didn't ALWAYS happen on EVERY treadmill, but sometimes. I decided to purchase the F80 for my covid-started home-gym, and unfortunately I'm noticing it doing this same thing. It happens randomly, not too often, but maybe once every ~2-5 minutes, sometimes more, sometimes less. The skip is extremely jarring and frustrating to deal with.
    Ever hear of a problem like this before or have any insights about what could cause it or how to address it?
    Thanks so much.

      You'll need to tighten the belt until the skipping stops.

    Was wondering if you have any suggestions for taking the treadmill apart. We have already removed the computer panel and any small items attached to the two support arms. The plastic covers are all loose. We cannot remove the arms. We can get both to move an inch or so upward and that's it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

    • @MasteringMayhem
      @MasteringMayhem  4 года назад

      Wanda Lemaster-Dotson Those arms have a total of four bolts for each arm at the bottom where they attach to the base of the treadmill. Are you unable to lift up the plastic covers to the arms? There are two small screws to take out in order to be able to slide the plastic covers up to reveal the four bolts that hold the two arms upright.

    Hi, we bought a solef80 treadmill, and we are struggling to attach the left upright tube into the frame base. The right one (with the wire) went in fine, but the left one won't fit. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!

    • @MasteringMayhem
      @MasteringMayhem  3 года назад

      I’m sorry for such a late response. Sometimes you do have to put a little force on the bars to get the hole to line up. The only way I don’t see it not working is the left upright is actually bent. Let me know if you figured it out or not.

    • @sangsuren

    • @MasteringMayhem
      @MasteringMayhem  3 года назад

      Usually treadmills that aren’t oiled will have a lubrication bottle in the packaging, if there’s no oil bottle in the packaging it should be pre-oiled. I hope that helps?

      How do you add lubricant?

    • @MasteringMayhem
      @MasteringMayhem  3 года назад

      @@christiangarcia9021 You lift up the belt on the outside edges and then you squeeze the lubricant out at a consistent rate while moving the bottle in an "s" motion about half the length of the belt from the middle front of the belt to the middle back or about 15inches of lubricant on both the left and right side.
